Balanced Rock Journal Writing
Time for contemplation and reflection is an important element of each Balanced Rock course. Immersed in the Yosemite wilderness, our field journal course provides an opportunity to mindfully observe self and nature-allowing room for inquiry and discovery. Skilled instructors present techniques and tools to help you create a unique record of your experiences. You'll use drawing, painting, creative writing, charting and note-taking to encourage deep presence and attentiveness-to the patterns of both nature and ourselves. No prior journaling experience is necessary and all are welcome.
