Balanced Rock: Self-Care (Caring for Caregivers)

Are you in a work of life situation where you give your energy to others? Are you a teacher, social worker, health care professional, or nonprofit manager? Balanced Rock self-care courses are specifically designed to recharge the spirit of people in caregiving professions. We understand the unique joys and burdens of being responsible for others. Join us in Yosemite and give yourself the treat of experiencing the innate healing powers of nature.

Skilled instructors and facilitators will guide you in thoughtful exercises, lead engaging discussions, and provide practical instruction in yoga, meditation, and hiking. Of course there is always time on Balanced Rock courses to just be in nature and connect with your internal balance or renew your spirit.
