Our professional Balanced Rock yoga and wellness instructors are logging in to offer online classes, tutorials and tips to help promote health and wellbeing through a deep connection to nature and spirit. 

Take an Online Training

We have adapted most of our WildYoga Teacher Trainings, continuing education courses and modules to take place online. All of Balanced Rock’s Yoga Teacher Trainings are Yoga Alliance certified, and credits earned by taking the course can go toward a 200hr or 300hr yoga teaching certification through Balanced Rock or continuing education credits for current Yoga Alliance certified instructors. Participate in Live Classes via Zoom

Balanced Rock is offering free, live classes via Zoom for you to take from the comfort and privacy of your own home while connecting with us in real time. We will use a registration link for you to be able to access each live class (link below) and once you have registered you can access the classes every week. *Please note that all of our class times listed are Pacific Standard Time.

Every Monday at 10:00am PSTKids Yoga and Mindfulness with Heather Sullivan | *These classes will break for summer after Monday, June 8th. To protect the privacy of our little ones, this class is not posted as a public access link. Please email us at info@balancedrock.org to receive the link and code to register for these live classes. You will use that link and code every time to access these classes.

Every Tuesday at 10:00am PSTGentle Yoga Flow with Heather Sullivan | This gentle class will offer some gentle flows, seated and reclined poses, use of props, along with guided contemplation and breathwork. This is a great class for beginners, those who like a slower pace in yoga, or who are looking for a relaxing way to recharge the body. Every Wednesday at 6:00am PSTMorning Vinyasa with Breezy Jackson | *These classes will break for the summer season starting in July. Class begins with the Gayatri mantra, then greet the sun with an invigorating morning flow focused on sun salutations, standing poses, and inversions. Many modifications will be offered, so this class is appropriate for all levels. Some prior practice of sun salutations A and B (with modifications as needed/desired) will enhance your experience. Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 9:00am and 2:00pm PSTWellness Drop-In: Re-center, Re-focus, Relax co-facilitated by Balanced Rock and Jenni Buczko, LPCC, MA | *These classes will break for the summer season starting in June. We are teaming up with Jenni Buczko (Yosemite National Park Clinical Counselor) to offer short, single-use mindfulness sessions! These will be held live on Zoom (or call in) and will be recorded to access for later use. All are welcome, from first-timers to advanced mindfulness practitioners. Sessions will be 25-30 minutes each. There will be a small teaching element and small practice element to each session. Click here to access the Zoom links and passcodes.
