Hello, I’m Darcy, a longtime resident of Mariposa, an adventure lover, and a social butterfly. My upbringing in the Sierra ignited my passion for spending time outdoors. The healing power of nature inspired me to embark on my own personal healing journey. During this process, I discovered yoga, which significantly transformed my life path. This led me to become a yoga instructor after completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in my hometown of Mariposa.

Being naturally high-energy, I view yoga as a means to channel that vibrant energy into a practice that fosters focus and healing. My aspiration is to share my deep love for Yosemite and yoga with as many people as I can.
