Andie Thrams & Dennis Eagan

Breathwork, Artwork, & Movement: A Special 3hr Immersive Workshop

Sunday, November 3 • 8:00am - 10:45am

Experience how moving across the landscape influences our breathing and how breath and movement help us respond creatively to our environment.

Dennis and Andie will offer breathing, movement, observation, writing, and drawing activities designed to open our hearts, minds, and bodies to the wildness within us and surrounding us. We’ll record written observations and drawn responses in notebooks and on paper as we wander outdoors, practicing beneath the oaks and pines.

All yoga and art experience levels welcome.

What Participants Should Bring to the Workshop

  • Yoga mat, situpon, towel, or something that you don’t mind sitting on outdoors

  • A time-keeping device (watch or cell phone)

  • Pencil, pen, and notebook or journal

  • Additional art supplies will be provided (feel welcome to bring any favorite drawing tools)

  • Warm layers (part of this session will be outside and November mornings can be chilly)
