Yoga is not something we simply do—it is a powerful framework that empowers how we live. This 4-week online series is designed to help you move beyond the notion of yoga as a once-a-week practice confined to a studio, and instead, empower you to embrace yoga as a way of being—woven seamlessly into your daily life.

In uncertain times, yoga becomes a steady companion—guiding how you relate to your body, others, and the world around you. This series invites you to integrate yoga into all aspects of life—whether you're at your desk, in conversation, or facing difficult news.
Join us live via Zoom for an immersive journey of self-discovery. Each 90-minute session includes one hour of guided practice, followed by an optional 30-minute discussion. You'll receive detailed instruction, fresh ideas, and personalized guidance to help you weave yoga into the fabric of your daily life.
Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, and practical "stealth" yoga hacks, you'll learn how to:
Use your breath to anchor yourself anytime, anywhere
Infuse small high-impact stretches into your day—even at your desk
Use everyday furniture and surroundings as supportive props
Apply yoga philosophy to shift your perspective and reactions
Set small, meaningful goals and celebrate your personal progress
Between sessions, you'll be encouraged to explore the practices, and reflect in a simple yoga journal (optional). This series is an invitation to own your yoga—reminding you that this ancient practice from India is always available to support and steady you, exactly where you are, offering strength, connection, and a renewed sense of engagement in every moment.

This program offers 6hrs CE for Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructors.

Registration for this live, online series includes the following:

Detailed, professional instruction, fresh ideas, and personalized guidance to help you weave yoga into the fabric of your daily life
Unlimited access to the recorded sessions in our online learning library
6hrs of CE credit for Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructors

This will be a live-streamed, online series each week via Zoom.
You will need reliable WiFi/data connectivity and a space to practice along with the class.
These sessions will be recording the instructor (no participants will be recorded), and those who miss a live class will be able to access the recording at a later date.
Your instructor will be coming to you live from the yoga studio at the gorgeous Moonstone Retreat.

You will want to make sure your space is set up for a comfortable practice. We recommend (if possible):
A quiet room or dedicated space where you can roll out your yoga mat without external distractions
A journal and pen/pencil for the group discussion portion
Any props or supportive materials you need to have a comfortable experience (chair, pillows, blankets, bolsters, yoga blocks or straps, eye mask, etc)
Upon registration you will receive a Welcome Letter with more information on how best to prepare for our first session.

If you cancel your registration more than 2 weeks prior to the program start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 registration fee to the credit card on file.
If you cancel your registration less than 2 weeks prior to the program start date, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

PAULA WILD, E-RYT 500
Paula Wild is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who believes that yoga is not something we do—it is a way of living that is accessible to everyone. With over 15 years of teaching experience and more than 1,000 hours of advanced training across numerous yoga lineages, Paula brings a rich and inclusive perspective to her classes. She became a certified Yoga Therapist in 2015, specializing in helping students discover how small, accessible yoga practices can create profound shifts in daily life.
Paula’s teaching style is warm, down-to-earth, and empowering—fostering a sense of belonging for practitioners of all backgrounds and abilities. Her recent work focuses on integrating "bite-sized" yoga tools into everyday activities, offering practical ways to cultivate steadiness, connection, and resilience—especially in uncertain times.
Paula continues to serve as an instructor and Director for Balanced Rock’s WildYoga Advanced Studies programs, sharing simple yet powerful tools that invite greater presence, self-discovery, and ease.
